PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Police activity in Salem has forced officials to close a section of Commercial Street Southeast Monday morning.
Around 9:45 a.m., the Salem Police Department put out a notice urging people to avoid the area between Kuebler Boulevard and Barnes Avenue Southeast.
Drivers are urged to use alternate routes.
